You are true. They did not file till last date and they are sending me email after last date that they have filed which is pure lie as i did not get any itr v to my email. they also say I have to pay tax whereas i get refund but not pay tax. Its so pathetic that they do not even read my form 16 completely and my comments to them. They also sell our personal data to sales companies for selling their personal loans and credit cards.

Not refunding money back

Worst & pathetic service, need not to explain what they are up to by seeing all messages .Not refunding my money back for the services which I have not even availed.

Same story for me also. Its very bad service and i would not recommend this to anyone.

I again followed up with taxsmile team for both cases for self and for my wife, even after multiple follow ups they are not responding and the last date of tax returns (31 July) has already crossed. Then I was forced to file by some other means and ultimately I lost Rs. 300 with taxsmile and my precious time. I dont recommend taxsmile to anyone or any company. One of they key person from taxsmile was Rumit Shah and he too was not helpful.

PLEASE do not use TAXSMILE. It is like rining the bell of hell !!!

Don't go with Taxsmile. They don't respond on emails / chat is offline . don't use them

I have used taxsmile for filing it return, paid money online and submitted 2 sets of paper for receiving ITR ackonowledgement on 9th july. However, till date I haven't received the acknowledgement and on enquiry I got vague answers by saying it is on the way through courier.
I feel the service is very poor.

Acknowledgement not yet received

I used taxsmile for filing IT return on 1st july 2008 through my company (LNT). Submitted all documents but till today not received Acknowledgement form taxsmile. Taxsmile has provision like online chat, and whenever i chat either Rahul or Preet will come online and they will promise that they will send the Acknowledgement. but they never did that. But always they said that they have sent by courier and never gave courier details. In 3rd october i gave alternate mailing address to rahul (which is my company address) and rahul called me and said he is sending the Acknowledgement. But he din't do that.
On 13th October Preeti promised that she will scan the document and send that to my mail id but she din't do that. But allways Taxsmile people will say one thing "We have forwarded your issue to the concerned department".
I think they should change the name from taxsmile to taxcry

TaxSmile is not nothing but an organisation filled with Jokers. I am also facing lot of issues with the. I have applied for digital signatures and it's more than 10 days and have not received the same. Call center ppl are worst and they are providing all wrong info.
They are bunch of cheats and fooling everybody.

TaxSmile is of no use, i have filed my IT returns belieing them 26 days before and till date i havent received ITR-V form, am amt of Rs.111 is deducted from my account and i also have invoice number and acknowledment saying that amount is paid, yet ITR-V form which is required is not generated, they dont even respond to calls, mails.Very bad service and it needs to be escalated

Yes, I aggree. These guys are scoundrals. Buggers have deactivated all of their telephone numbers. If you send an email you get an automated kind of mail. are running a FAKE business.

A Sufferer.

I too submitted my documents to taxsmile and paid the amount online but they haven't done anything on this till date. And tomorrow is the last day for filing for this year!!!.

How can I contact them? Or rather how can file a complaint against them. I saw their website promotion even in SBI and Govt IT pages, so thought them a genuine.

The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (Marathi: महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना, English: Maharashtra New Beginning Army) is a regional political party operative in Maharashtra, India. It was founded on the 9th of March 2006 in Mumbai.Founder

The party was founded by Raj Thackeray, nephew of Shiv Sena leader Bal Thackeray. Raj broke away from his uncle’s party in January 2006 and announced his intention to start a new political party. The reason given by him for breaking away from the Shiv Sena was that the latter was “run by petty clerks” because of which it had “fallen from its former glory”.

Foundation Ceremony
Raj paid a visit to the famed Siddhivinayak Temple on the morning of 9th March. That evening he held a meeting at the Y. B Chavan Centre, where he announced the name of his party and unfurled its blue, saffron and green coloured flag. The meeting was attended by a large number of Raj’s supporters, other breakaway Shiv Sainiks and mediapersons.

Relations with the Sena
Raj has stated that he does not want to have hostilities with his uncle who “was, is and always will be {his} mentor”. However with Sena insiders claiming that more Sainiks wanted to break away from Balasaheb’s “ailing” party, tensions between Raj and his uncle seem inevitable.

Policies
Raj has said he will reveal more about his parties policies in the coming weeks. He has already said that his party’s motto will be I am of Maharashtra, Maharashtra is mine. Critics say this reflects the Thackeray family’s regionalistic attitude and their communal Hindutva ideology. Many differ as Raj has from start declared his party MNS to be a secular political party which accepts anyone and everyone who says Maharashtra belongs to them and they belong to Maharashtra. The secular reference is ironic in largely since Raj Thackeray has always been viewed as a long time hardliner in the Shiv Sena, relative to his cousin and current working president Udhav Thackeray.

Symbol:

The State Election Commission has allotted three different election symbols for the 222 MONS candidates who are contesting in the BMC polls to be held from February 1.

While 215 candidates in the city have been given the railway engine as their election symbol, the seven remaining candidates have been allotted other symbols. Candidates from Mulund will have to contest with the cup and saucer as their symbol, while candidates contesting from the Eastern suburbs of Ramabainagar, Kamrajnagar and Subhashnagar have received the slate as their election symbol.

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has a long way to go before it becomes the premier regional outfit in Maharashtra which it will. The timing seems to be perfect and it couldn’t have been a little early or a little late as Narayan Rane had just been thrown out of the Shiv Sena and the party had lost it’s second consecutive Assembly election in 2004. With an ailing Balasaheb and an ineffective Uddhav it’s only a matter of time before MNS comes to power in Maharashtra with or without allies.

Sir, my parents both aged above 65 are living in the village KENJAL, Tal.-BHOR, Dist-PUNE I am staying in kothrud, pune.Iam looking after my parents.We had applied for electricity connection which got sanctioned 8 months ago but when MSEB men came for connection my cousin brothers living next door opposed.They did not allow them to do their job and hence the electricity cud not be connected.This happened 2 to 3 times.Still my parents are living in dark without light in the house.This all is due to the arrogance and dadagiri of my cousins who are supported by Mr.Dilip Bathe - Heading Taluka Bhor and Velha for MANSE.Request you to please take note of this.

while going from Malad to Kandivali immediately after signal of Times of India Press there is one big KHADDA in the centre of the road. At every hour atleast 4-5 motorbikers meet with an accident. From last week of Diwali atleast 2 people died. One on Lakshmipooja day at 11.30 in the night.

Sir please help my parents who are living in Nashik. My father is handicapped and is walking only with walker and my mother is housewife who is 55 year old. My mother's brother is purposely harassing her in a cheque bounce case. Court has given verdict as 3 months imprisonment and to pay the amount. She was ready to pay but he want's her to go to jail. Sir he is not even bothered about my father who is totally helpless. We are all living away from them. Sir please help me in telling that person who is resident of Nashik who is a teacher and his wife is also headmaster. There all children are grown up and are Engineer's and Doctor. They are well settled. He is a person who does anything for money. It has been a pain ever since I used Taxsmile to e-file my tax return for 2008-09. I have received 2 communications from the IT department that the return has not been submitted. I recently received a letter from the IT dept asking me to pay arrears for the same year.

Very Poor Service - Fraud Company

This website has very poor interface. If you accedentially click Do-IT-For-Me. There is no way that you can revert back and select DO IT Yourself.

My return filed with DIY but havent recieved any aknowledgement. No helpline (That reponds). Chat thing always offline. No response to email.

Payment was deducted for DIY ( Do It Yourself) and since then no acknoledgement recieved. Now I am get mails Thanks for sucbscribing DIFM (Do It for Me)

ANY ONE CAN HELP I HAD SELECTED THE OPTION DO IT FOR ME JUST HAVE LOOK AT THE OPTION BUT AFTER THAT I AM NOT GETTING THE OPTION OF GETTING BACK TO DO IT YOURSELF.

Taxsmile is the WORST company. Dont file your IT returns with them. I submitted my documents 3 weeks before and still my filing is not done, There customer care service is worst. your phone will be on hold for 20 mins if you want to reach them.
