TBK ENTERPRISE — Didn't receive my order after spend of 3 days from booking

I on behalf of consumer no 640430 have to inform you that I have booked my order for refilling my empty cylinder. I was booked the order on 18th of April, 2022 on monday at 07.22.37 pm.

Moreover I have received a message from your side on 19 th of April on tuesday at 06.54 pm that a cash memo is issued bearing no 1628825 . It's already spend three days after booking, but I was not receive my order still, why ?????????.

So I request you please provide my order on time because I face great difculties in this holy month of Ramadan, and more please look towards your delivery boy why he does not provide me my order on time. Neither I will look towards others way .
