TBK ENTERPRISE — Gas not delivered/miss behavior

Dear sir, I have Order my LPG connection Consumer number is (627312) Refill on 22/06/2015, when i booked it after that i asked that agency for verification is it booked or not, but there have some one told me yes its booked, and it will be delivered to your home with in three days after the booked date, now sir till the date i am not get my Gas, when i called to agency that person every day saying tomorrow will deliver, i am speech less,
I have my family (wife & 19 month old son ) i can manage our food for eat by home delivery, but my son he is not allowed out side food for eat, he too small, even i cant boil water for him,


please look into this mater
