TBSS — pf amount issue

Doe is updated as 21/10/2018 from my end at the time of resignation initiation (Group transfer from tbss to tata capital) but at the time of authorization doe is updated as 23/10/2018 by hr team. (Due to the error of “skip level manager is not assigned to the employee”, supervisor unable to authorize resignation hence hr is directly authorized resignation)
My doj in tata capital is 22/10/2018, hence unable to transfer the pf amount from tbss to tata capital, please consider my request and help me to change the doe in tbss

As per fnf statement - fnf is calculated till 20th oct 2018 only (Fnf statement also attached)

I was trying for doe correction with the concerned team since 6th dec 2018 but didn’t received any resolution yet. Please do consider this request on high priority and do the needful

Iam not getting solution for this.
