Tbz — poor quality of gold bangles

Dear sir,

I purchased gold bangles from your borivali branch vide cash memo
No-g/00100030 dt. 29/07/2017.

After sometime suddenlly one bangle was broken. I went to your branch

And request for change but they denied it and took for laser shouldering

Vide memo no-45393 dt.14/02/2017.

While i was in the usa, again one bangle was broken on 1st july, 2017 and was unable to contact you since i was outstation

Tbz is very reputed and this type of incident lowers your image.

This thing is not good for you. Please arrange to change my bangles without

Taking any making charges.
