I purchased a necklace from sv road, santacruz west on 16th jan'2018 - b-916402 / invoice no. Gs00049302 & within a month it got damaged. I am totally surprised and shocked about the workmanship of such a reputed tbz jewelers.
Kindly provide a resolution for returning the product as it is not advisable to repair & reuse and i lost confidence on this product. Was this information helpful? |
