Worse service after sales TBZ AHMEDABAD
The worst n pathetic service after sale. I have also purchase 100 gram gold set and also purchase more than 300 gram from ahmedabad TBZ, at the time of purchase they didn't explain how to put antique set n in antique set white diamond will be black if we put it in their box we have to put it on Thermocol box they didn't give this box and all White diamond are black after give them for service they change green diamond bt the finishing was so bad and worst and they charge me 2500 rs for the same after dissatisfaction of service I have put the same to A B jewels they give me best service and make all cleaning n finishing of white diamond with less then their charges.
So i request all of you don't purchase anything from TBZ ahmedabad they all are foolish people and less knowledgeable person n worse service

giving incorrect price for 24 carat gold

I visited tbz jewellers patna yesterday on 25th oct. They told me the price of 22 carat gold which was not the price mentioned on internet. They said the price for 22 carat gold is 3193. I had a gold buiscuit of 47.304 gram of 24 carat exactly. They gave me 3225 per gram for 24carat gold so the diff amount is 32rs per gram which is wrong. I even verified with tanishq jewellers and they said the diff was more than 250rs per gram. Today on 26th oct when i am asking them to return my gold and i am ready to pay the price which they gave me yesterday for 24carat gold but they are not ready for thet. Staffs in tbz are cheaters and fraud in patna i must say. Some strict actions should be take against them as this is spoiling tbz reputation. I need help.

recently purchased necklace got damaged
I purchased a necklace from sv road, santacruz west on 16th jan'2018 - b-916402 / invoice no. Gs00049302 & within a month it got damaged. I am totally surprised and shocked about the workmanship of such a reputed tbz jewelers.
Kindly provide a resolution for returning the product as it is not advisable to repair & reuse and i lost confidence on this product.

non-delivery of product

I had purchased a ear-ring from this showroom located in jamshedpur on 15th may. Due to re-sizing, the showroom kept it and asked me to collect it in two days time. While collecting the ring after two days, i found that the ring had some part missing. They agreed to fix it and return it in next two days. After next two days, still the work was unsatisfactory and they agreed again to re-fix it. But this time, they asked for one month time (Delivery by 22nd june) as according to them, they would be sending the ring to mumbai.
But even after two months, i have not received the ear-ring. Today is 24th july and the showroom is still clueless about when the product will be delivered to me.

Misleading information and bad services

Dear sir,
With reference to above subject I would like to bring your notice the following.
1) I am member of your KP scheme in the name of Sow. Renu Papalal Goyal started on 16/09/2015.
2) Yesterday, I visited your Aurangabad showroom and selected the jewellary against this payment. At first, they told me that I can’t avail the benefit of 150 Rs making charges and bonus of the KP scheme. I told them that any walking customer can take the advantage of this making and how can you say that I am taking advantage of two schemes simultaneously. After so many arguments that they allowed me the same on condition of taking next KP from next month. This was not good as business. You are giving me bonus against my payments and you are not obliging me.
3) Yesterday, I told them that I lost my card and produced original receipt of deposit. They didn’t inform me the procedure for same.
4) They checked account and told me that your payment is not in our account since it is more than 12 months ago KP. I told them that it’s not older than 12 months. They were speechless and not knowing the reason for not showing KP account in their account. They assured me the delivery on next day with prior permission from head office so I deposited the balance amount to you.
5) Today, I visited the showroom then they told me to submit original photo ID so I handover to him. After some time they told me to give sign on discharge form which I signed. After some time again he told me to submit notarized affidavit cum undertaking on plain paper, I agreed it but while leaving I ironically asked him that are they sure about the notarized undertaking on plain paper or shall I take 100 RS. Stamp. He was in confusion and told me to wait till taking confirmation from head office. After enquiry, He told me to submit it on 100 RS. Stamp paper.
The entire incidence was embarrassing for me. Your shop manager does not know exact procedure after misplace of card. He was not sure about the papers which were already told by him. You have to explain total procedure once for all and can’t give requirements one after other like red tapezum officers. I found him totally incompetent and revenge taking.
6) This was second bad experience with you. At the time of joining KP, I selected the product and availed discount of KP. But the size of ring was not proper so I ordered the required size of ring and they have given me credit note of the amount which was actually paid by me after discount. Delivery of which was too late and nobody cared to inform me about it. At the time of delivery, I asked for KP discount, he told me that I have already availed that. I tried to explain that credit note was the amount which I exactly paid so I have not received the discount: But unfortunately he has not got my point. Several times he told me that we have passed the discount to you against KP and can’t give twice. This was simple calculation that credit note was not of total amount before discount; it was the amount I actually paid. After so many requests he has given me some discount which was unfair. Manager level person was not getting simple mathematics.
7) Your organization is reputed organization which should have perfect manager who should be confident and knowledgeable. I have lost my KP card. This is my mistake against which I am giving you my original photo ID, original receipt of amount and signed discharge card. I am also ready to sign undertaking on plain paper but I feel that it should be on 100 RS stamp paper and to be notarized. This is too much papers for customers. It seems that I am fraud person and you are preventing me against second time claim. I am also in business and feel that some limited formalities are okay but stamp paper and to get notarized is very unfair. Now I am felling that I am cheated by you.
8) I strongly feel that your manager at Aurangabad is not competent and customer friendly. He will treat the customers as he want after getting customer is his crunch. This is very bad. You will have to close your Aurangabad showroom if you everything goes like this only.

Couple of days back I bought this single diamond everyday use ring from TBZ store in Ghatkoper.
Super disappointed with the quality.(see attached image)
This was my engagement ring I am super sad & disappointed. You guys completely ruined it for me.

Wrong kangan size

On 4th Oct 2010, I ordered a Kangan size 2.2 in TBZ The Original, Thane Branch. On receipt of the same on 30th Oct 2010, I realised the size was 2.3, on showing the same to the manager, she stated that we forced the kangan to 2.3 size and the original size is 2.2, whereas on of the employee also said the same was of size 2.3 earlier than stated that it is 2.2. We also proved them by drawing a circle on a piece of paper, with a bangle which was shown to me for deciding the final size. It clearly showed that it is bigger than the kangan ordered.

I bought kangans for my wife but at the billing time the manager insulted me and my wife in front of all.
I bought kangans wroth 1.50 lac n still he was very rude with me and my wife.
This is not right,
I will never visit your store in my lifee...

I dont know why all of you complaining to TBZ but I am an old customer of TBZ, but I had very good experience with TBZ and its possible that all of you guys faced some problems from TBZ, but still I am fully satisfied with TBZ then others.
