[Resolved]  Tc Global / Tcglobal.com — Unprofessional PRM and fraudulent service to students

I really don't how TC GLOBAL works but I had all hopes of getting all kind of help while applying for the university as they promise before the payment but i faced just the opposite of that.

Im not getting any proper response from my personal relationship manager Kasthuri. I specifically asked her before making the initial payment that after receiving the money will u guys ghost me and she said "" we wont do that and we are in this business for more than 30 years blah blah blah"". So i made the payment of 23000 rs, but now im not getting any response from her for my calls or messages. I have been struggling with some queries with the document legalization and some extra certificates which is required by the university but she never bothererd to reply to my text or questions and even if she does, she would just come up with some least information which I am already familiar with. I have to make 100s of calls in a day just to get even a little source of information

Coming to next point TC global have the worst editing team, editing team were supposed to correct the mistakes in SOP but they're doing the opposite. for instance they told to remove the country ties from my canada visa sop and said its not needed and when i asked my prm she said thats not required in sop but when i was filing my visa, visa assistance officer from tc global said its the most important information to be included in visa sop. when i asked my prm about this she never gave me a proper response.

Not just that but after receiving my offer letter from a canadian University, my prm assigned me with a Sunil Roberts from tc global visa team at first we communicated twice but after that he never responded to my calls or messages. only once he took my call and someone else answered it. i tried calling him for days and weeks, i even informed my prm about this. when i asked about this to my prm kasthuri she never bothered to give a response. i had to find a visa officer on my own. because of sunil roberts i wasted days and had to file my visa later. Is this how they are supposed to do their job or is this how TC global is running as a company.
