We are existing TCCL subscriber who pays 360 Rs per month for subscription. We are paying every month correctly.
Right now we are facing issue connecting to cable. Services are not working from 6 days. We even tried contacting cable operator :

Eda Street,
Trichy
But they seem to be not responding, We called so many times they are not event picking the call.
We have never experienced such a worst customer support from the cable operator.
We also contacted TCCL customer care and got to know that payment was not made by cable operator
I am requesting you to please look into this matter and take necessary action to avoid damaging reputation to TCCL company by such cable operators. Was this information helpful? |
