Complaint against TCCL cable operator Trichy
We are existing TCCL subscriber who pays 360 Rs per month for subscription. We are paying every month correctly.
Right now we are facing issue connecting to cable. Services are not working from 6 days. We even tried contacting cable operator :

But they seem to be not responding, We called so many times they are not event picking the call.
We have never experienced such a worst customer support from the cable operator.
We also contacted TCCL customer care and got to know that payment was not made by cable operator
I am requesting you to please look into this matter and take necessary action to avoid damaging reputation to TCCL company by such cable operators.

Our area local cable operator is very adamant, misbehavior and irrespective person with everyone. He doesn't wants to maintain the consumers also doesn't like to run this. He is not resolving the issue
Aslo he recommended to buy private set-up box..i used complaint toll free number [protected] but no response
Personally he says not able to get income from this job like previously...

Replaced Set Top Box ISSUE
I have recently replaced new set top boxes 2 nos. for my house with TCCL Classic HD pack however for my ground floor house when I use set top box it seems display goes and comes when I switch on other electric appliancw with ceiling fan. I have checked with my electricity with the help of electrician for my ground floor and also I have checked with my another TV with same STB as well as alternate STB under ground floor it seems same issue display goes and comes when STB is powered. My home electric supply, TV and All other appliances looks good and it seems thers is a problem with the replacement set top box. The same I have updated with my cable TV operator. This happens due to heavy signal dropping from your main end and it's bugging up my TV. As I got two STB's under my mother named Kamala.K. My both the TV display goes off and comes automatically by using both the replacement STB's in every 4 hours with both normal and HD pack channels with or without switching on other ceiling fans. So, kindly look into this issue very urgently and do the needful otherwise I have no choice of switching to other dish TV network.

Set top box turning off frequently after 5 minutes of usage

We are using a tccl set top box for the past 2 years. It's always frustrating us. When we are using it for more than 5 minutes it will automatically turns off and we have to switch on it again and again. We have informed the same to the cable operator several times but there is no response from them.

We are using a tccl set top box for the past 2 years. It is really frustrating us . Whenever you are using it for more than 5 minutes it will automatically turns off. We have to switch on it again and after 5 minutes the same will happen. So many times we had informed the cable operator to sort out the issue. So far no response from them.

I'm complaining about tccl service channels
We are receiving very bad service from tccl service, channels are not coming properly but we are paying monthly 260rs but no use. Very worst and poor connection. Cable TV operator also not giving proper response, not resolving our issues.operator is unavailable..

Compelling to replace the working old set of box with a HD box and pay Rs. 750/-
I am residing in Narayansamy garden, Kodungaiyur, Chennai. 118. I am using cable connection for my TV from Parvathi Nagar, Vhaijayanthi Sree sat vision cable operator.
At present old set of box is working in my house without any problem, and today from the cable operator office called me over phone and asking me to remit Rs. 750/- for HD set of box immediately otherwise from tomorrow night your cable connection will not work.
Please reply me regarding this immediately as the time is short.

Complaint against local cable tv provider(Gem star cable provider)

I have been requesting my area local tccl service provider to change tccl cable connection from my old to new house for the past one month. Still they didn't change. Their mobile will be always in switched off. They don't even respond properly in their office.

Regarding the operator

There is a complaint regarding tccl setup box.we pay rs.260 but we don't get channels which pay for but we raised the complaint with staff but there is no response since 5 months facing same problem .montly we pay and inform to staff regarding the issues but not soughted out.if I ask the staff she says I informed technical person but he is not coming this is the response she gives very worst feedback from the staff .kindly take necessary action

Complaint against Local cable service provider "Sun Cable Network"

I'm receiving poor TCCL signal in my home but my neighbours are getting better connection. My local cable operator is not responding to complaints. I've informed the connection issues multiple times everyday for the past 45 days. But he has neither responded properly not fixed the issue. He simply ignores my Complaint and visit my home only to collect the monthly tariff, nothing else. Pls take necessary action against my Complaint.

TCCL service in proper cable service

I have Two TCCL setup connection in my home last month more than 18 paid channel is not proper telecast, i complaint in local service provider, there not provided service in time till date not cleared, so i denied to pay month payment, so, today they disconnected my cable line,
it is not acceptable, as consumer service, why i should pay unseen / in proper line service cost,
my connection smart card number [protected], [protected]

Even though I complained to this website 1 day ago, layer that night my signal was excellent. But the next day, i am facing the same issue for 10 to 15 channel which I usually watch...All unwatched channels are receiving signal...Sir I kindly request u to contact the tccl authorities in surapet main road and fix this issue for me as soon as possible

I'm complaining about the bad service of tccl that was provided by my locality

Since last month june 25, we are receiving poor tccl signal.so, we contacted the respected authorities to report about the bad connection. Since after receiving the report the authorities did not arrive to our house for further checking. So we again called them continuously for 3 to 4 days, then too they made some silly reasons that they will arrive today and still they did not arrive...Later they informed that they fixed our poor signal.. so we checked with our connection. But no, still the connection is poor, again and again we called the tccl authorities..Again and again they are saying silly reasons...Respected sir I request to take this complain as serious and pls take severe action on the authorities for not helping their customers

Cable line not working properly
From the first day iam facing cable issue picture quality is worst & pixellates. Local cable operators are not responding.even the call centre person not solving the issue very frustrated. Pls take proper action on this consumer to resolve this issue in future. My kind advise pls don't go for this TCCL connection very worst cable connection & service i ever seen in my life.

Tccl cable worst ever cable operators
There is no response from the cable operator.his name is Murugesan his phone number is [protected] . simply getting salary and not even come and see the problems we facing. Our street kcc nagar 26th main hosur since one month not even single channel is working. We also called customer support team they also same as him totally useless . Get lost all these tragedy send them all to jail. Simply they getting salary. Because of these people TCCL company became worst ever cable operators in the world.

CUSTOMER ID No : [protected] It's been like more then 5 days cable network is not coming only this has to be the worst cable network provider I must say please select the distributor wisely bcz of these ### people's u guys are spoling the reputation o[censored]r company and please do warn the network provider in my region i.e, Lingasugur pincode 584122 karanataka State to give a strift warning bcz the person is taking unnecessary amount and also not giving proper service too bcz of few people like these don't spoil the reputation o[censored]r company regarding the issue I already rasie the complainant in CONSUMER COMPLAINT fourm will see wat the consequences will go onn and have to say the service provider in my region is fooling CUSTOMER and unnecessary disconnecting the network and it became like casual thing as of now tat disconnecting network for 5 to 10 days in a month and collecting the amount take action first

Every month in between the days 16 to 30 the tccl cable connection cutted by the operator. So we call to him and ask why the connection could not come. He replies worst. But we paid every month's cable charge. But he did not recharge to our set boxes properly and act was very cruel. Many times he did not response. Every month this happen routinely. So kindly action to him as soon as possible....

I'm from chennai. Tccl cable is my cable provider. Recently i had requested them to enable hd channels and i had paid for the same, the revised cable rates. As expected, there was no prompt response and the channel itself was provided 2 weeks late (Requested in 2nd week of feb, channel opened 1st march). But this wasnt the core issue.
Now the channel did not work on even a single occasion post 1st march. On enquiring about the same the cable provider would either not attend the call or on the rare occasion of attending the call he would reply rudely or promise to enable the channel and not do so.
It's april now and finally the channel is working, but the quality is so poor that it might give me epilepsy. Scrambled all the time, 50% of the time scrambled beyond any visible evidence of a proper picture. Again, the cable provider was called and quite obviously he replied rudely and cut the call. His name is mr. Deena. His contact number is [protected].
I cannot withstand being cheated anymore. On no grounds does it seem fair to pay for a channel that has not worked to the least for even 10% of tv runtime. What's worse is the appalling customer service and response from the cable provider.
I request the cable provider to compensate for the poor quality of service and the pathetic customer service. I request the cable provider to come over in person and sort this out.

I have a Tccl setup box.my native cable operators are not consider about complaints.another one setup box channel lists are very low to playing channels.so please take a action.my native is palayankottai, keelpathi cuddalore-608701
Half of the time there is no connection.when we call the cable operator he is so rude and says to cut the cable. He is only polite when he comes to collect money.
Please take action on him. Also the cable clarity is worst even when we have installed HD setup box

I m in thiruvallur district here any time our set top box show no signal please contact your cable operator then we call our cable operator he doesn't respond and he never attend our calls at once but they came for the month end to collect the amount why should we gave money enough here is the complaint and we removed our connection then we choose another responsible services.. This is happened in the place of nandiambakkam..

cut the new cable connection as the operator has not paid his dues

I recently purchased a new settop box by paying rs 2000/- my settop box is only one month old, four days back the was no cable connection when asked about it the west mambalam tccl cable operator he said that the package has to be selected when contacted the tccl office they said that your cable operator has not paid his dues. Now the cable operator phone is switched off.

yesterday at 6 am a sudden cut in the operation line. we inform to the cable tv operator near by street. He replied tomorrow at 10 am we will through the connection, till now we are struggling, no response. so please do the needful.
