I would like to register a complaint against TCI Freight regarding the non-delivery of our consignment booked under Consignment No. POR307696 dated 05.04.2026.
The shipment was dispatched by Vadilal Chemicals Limited to the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati for an ongoing research project. Despite a significant delay since booking, the material has not been delivered.

Due to the non-delivery of this consignment, our research activities have been seriously affected and project work has been stopped. We have repeatedly followed up with TCI Freight through phone calls and other communication channels. We have also coordinated with both the supplier and IIT Guwahati administration regarding the status of the shipment.
However, no satisfactory response has been provided by TCI Freight. On several occasions, calls were disconnected without proper assistance, and we were unable to obtain the current status or expected delivery date of the consignment.
We request immediate intervention and seek:
1. Current status and exact location of the consignment.
2. Reason for the prolonged delay in delivery.
3. Immediate delivery of the material.
4. Written explanation from TCI Freight regarding the delay.
5. Appropriate action against the concerned officials for poor customer support and negligence.
The delay has caused disruption to a time-bound research project and has resulted in loss of valuable research time. Therefore, I request the Consumer Forum to take necessary action and direct TCI Freight to resolve the matter urgently.
