The consignment reached Ludhiana godown on 28th Apr 2024. Since then everyday for god knows what reason the person there one Mr P S Pandey has been, making excuses and making false promises that the material will be delivered today or tomorrow since the last 11 days.

Dear Sir,
A consignment was booked from Mumbai to Kolkata on 12.12.2023. The CNS no is [protected]. On 21.12.2023 a delivery boy named Mr. Raju Saha(Mob No - [protected]) came to deliver the materials at Kolkata and asked for Rs.350/- extra as delivery charges. But the LR Copy given to me by the Consignore M/s Shanti Copper and alloys, Mumbai, Rs.825/- has been mentioned as transportation charges for Door Delivery of materials. So why do I need to pay additional charges for delivery of materials? Whereas the delivery boy talked very harshly and refused to deliver the materials without additional payment of Rs.350/-.
Today I talked to your Delivery branch at Vivekananda Road, Kolkata over call and asked them to deliver the materials. I don't know the name of the person but his mobile number was [protected]. He started shouting on me and started to talk arrogantly. He said that the delivery boy has gone to deliver the material but I have behaved with him in a bad way. I am in Guwahati and the delivery was to be done in Kolkata so how canI behave so badly over the phone. He said that it is clearly mentioned in the LR that I will have to pay Rs.1175.00 where as the LR I have received shows total fare to be paid Rs.825/-.. He said arrogantly that I will have to pay Rs.1175/- and now have to collect the material from their office.

Please find attached copy of LR for your reference. Please look into the matter at the earliest, otherwise I will have to think about legal options.

We M/s. Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited, Vile Parle West (MUM) had booked the consignment from (AL-13, Bonanza Ind. Estate, Ashok Nagar, Chakravarty Road, Kandivali East) to Bellary, Karnataka.

We had dispatched Machine & Parts LR[protected]th Sept 2023 in good intact which could not reach the customer end in the same condition. They confirmed the breakages of boxes and damaged the wooden...

I had booked an order through TCI freight Dhampur by Mr. Amit Kumar ( mob no. [protected]) on 18 Nov for Hyderabad. I had booked this order for my buyer and it is not delivered yet. They are not taking their responsibility to deliver the consignment and it also effects the goodwill of our company. the employee of tci freight is very unprofessional and whenever i call him for the update he always have a new excuse for delay. i want delievery as soon as possible in hyderabad. All becacuse of tci frieght we have to face the lots of challenges and all these
things also effect our company reputation.This has never happened to us in any other transport.
i need a solution for that as soon as possible .otherwise i have to go legal with you.

This is the worst transport I ever deal with they are taking to many extra charges and even after taking money, these people do not reach the goods properly. My goods worth 50000 to 100000 cost damaged, .. And they are not taking any responsibility also I have seen with my own eyes these people keep throwing things away, . They are taking too much of charges whereas other company does not take any such charge example godown charge.. My goods got damage while keeping godown. This has never happened to me in any other transport. This is a worst transport ever

Hi this is manikanta chowdary i had transported my bike through your tci freight its been 5 days and my bike is on the same location and the customer care service you been using is the worst i have seen if you can't deliver properly then what are the ethics you have been following i needed your response as soon as possible and this is my number [protected] and my consignment id[protected]

We have booked 2 Nos packages from Howrah to Lucknow on 23.06.2021 Bilty No[protected] we have only received 1 package after much delay and till date 16.07.2021 there is no new of 2nd package i have e mailed them called them i went to their office in Lucknow but all they do is tell lies please help resolve the issue

TCI Freight-the worst transport of India with most unprofessional worst mannered employees .They don't mind your loss .Book item at your own risk.
They have ego of one of the biggest transport of India.I booked an item from Amritsar to Kolkata consignment number[protected] but item totaly damaged and I have to bear a loss of 25000.this was my first and last experience with TCI.

I had booked my bike trough TCI Freight transportation they promised to deliver the item within 11days but now it's more then 15 days I haven't proper status and also they are not responding to me. Due to this I have to suffer a lot many of my works got stucked and pending so I want compensation for this poor kind of service.

My parcel CNS no. Is[protected]... My parcel was picked up on 02/07/2020, but has not arrived today even on 14/07/2020, customer care is giving wrong information, I am now getting very tried to handle these stupid company, this is the worst service I have ever received...

The vehicle dispatched on 17th june 2019 from mumbai to varanasi.

After getting confirmation from tci freight, mumbai (Contact nos[protected] / [protected]), we sent our vehicle to get the materials. But the material is yet to reach in lahartara, varanasi.

After contacting tci freight, varanasi (Contact no. [protected]) today they are saying the material will reach tomorrow.

Now we are bearing vehicle charge of rs 5, 000/- per day.

We can not bear this kind of charges due to these fake information from your hand.

It is requested to your good self to kindly look in to the matter and bear the charges of vehicle halt.

We have booked the TCi freight service with booking ID: 30981633 dated : 17th august 2018 to transport the goods from Chennai to Panvel. The goods were garments - Tshirts and Jeans. On arrival in panvel, the goods were not intact as some of the carton boxes were intentionally tampered and some pieces of jeans and tshirts were stolen. This is highly unacceptable. When we contacted the customer care of TCI freight they said they can do nothing about it.We have also written an email about this on there customer care email id but all these efforts are going on in vain.

There is problem in their delivery service. CNS note[protected],[protected],[protected] was booked on 29th March, 2018. This was booked from Ranchi to Unnao, Etah and Hathras respectively. But till date not delivered. It is been 25 days. The service happening in such bad condition then it hampers our brand value. Kindly look be aware of these bad service providers....

Consignment booked containing 145 pcs from bhiwandi to bhopal. 144 delivered in bhopal. One piece missing. When informed to the bhiwandi office, the employee says these things happen. Asks for the cost of the missing roll. Once provided, maintains total silence. No response thereafter. Send emails as well as calls to the local office, says they will check and respond.
Worse and callous approach towards business and clients.

We had dispatched parts invoice no. Gmt/17-18/2661 — 19/01/2018 through your shiroli (Kolhapur) branch to wabtec india transportation pvt. Ltd. Kolkata.in good & intact condition which could not reach the customer end in the same condition. They confirmed the breakages of boxes and damaged the packaging and also 400 quantities are missing out of 1800 which totally costs all around rs.74752/- which we will debit to your account.
Even after our regular follow up with your local branch at kolhapur, shiroli with mr. Manoj, he could not give any fruitful result as he is lingering the matter since long.
The amount involved in this is very high and we therefore request you to kindly take up the issue with all concern and report us back soon.

We harrison's pharma machinery pvt. Ltd from daryaganj new delhi. We have booked a material through tci frieght kamla market g. R. No.[protected] dt. 13/11/2017 to kelwara on door delivery basis.

But the consignment did not delivery to the party yet & the delivery status is also on mentioned properly in online tracking.

We also tried to contact kota branch office where the material has arrived on 25 november (As per the tracking info on net) but we are not received proper response.

We request to please deliver the material as soon as possible.

We had despached warranty failed parts vide gc note no.[protected]dt30/08/2016 &[protected]dt22/08/2016,[protected]dt.21/07/2016 through your gandhidham branch to tatamotors jamshedpur.in good & intect condition. Which could not reached their in as it condition they confirmed the breakages of boxes result into lost of parts an amount of rs.147521/- which has been debited to our account
Even after our regular request with your local branch &rajkot office. Mr. Santosh singh &rajesh singh, but could not get any fruitful result they are lingering the matter since a long, we facing such kind of indence2nd time.
The amount involve in this is very high we are therefore request you to kindly taken up the issue with all concerned by handed over the short parts at plant or reimburse us rs.147521/- with out further delay as it has been already delayed.

Following consignments were booked ex Ajmer to Champa on COD basis: 1.[protected] dated 7-1-2015 COD Rs112516.00 2.[protected] dated 16.12.2014 COD Rs12894.00 3.[protected] dated 30.12.2014 COD Rs12894.00 The consignments have been delivered long back. Champa branch has confirmed that they have sent the COD cheques to Raipur many days ago. Still cheques not received by us.

I had booked a consignment no.[protected] dated 25th January from Bathinda for Guwahati. I was told that the consignment would reach in about a weeks's time. TCI freight is the most unprofessional and inefficient frieght compnay I have seen so far. Its impressive website is an eyewash. I will never ever book any consignment with this company. They kept my frieght in Rewari for a week and then sent it towards Guwahati and till today it has not reached. I made several phone calls in their customer care [protected]. There is a lady here who is so rude and uncooperative. Whenever I ask them, they have no clue where their trucks have reached. Vodafone's asset tracking system is a good service which are used by professional services but this TCI Freight is such a useless frieght company. It has been now 20 days and my consignmenment has not yet reached. All I can say is that I will never ever book my consignment with TCI and all future customers, please be aware of my bad experience with TCI. I am going to Consumer court.

GODAVARI INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, RAJAHMUNDRY, A.P. Our Books supplier M/S Lovely Prakash, Dhanbad booked six packets of books at Dhanbad branch to our college at Rajahmundry,A.P..vide our LR No.[protected] dt12 the July 2013. We received only five packets at Rajahmundry Branch and informed us there is one shortage of packet and acknowledged for that. In spite of our requests he is not showing good reponse and telling us...

I have sent one consignment from Chhindwara (M.P) to Gwalior (M.P) on 25 Feb 2013 by TCI Freight CNS Note[protected]. I have been informed by their Gwalior Branch that my consignment had reach Gwalior on 04 Mar 2013 but when I have gone for
collecting my consignment I found out that erroneously their Chhindwara Branch had sent somebody else consignment against my CNS Note
[protected].
This is very irresponsible act on their part and now I am not getting any proper response either from their Chhindwara branch or from Gwalior branch. I am totally unaware about the present position of my
consignment.
Please solve the matter on priority basis and help me in getting delivery of actual consignment sent by me against CNS Note[protected] by TCI Freight on 25 feb 2013.

I am from MURLI INDUSTRIES LTD , ONE OF OUR SUPPLIER M/S COMPACT ENGINEERS FROM BHILWADA RAJSTHAN send one consignment via TCI Freight to US (Murli industries ltd chandrapur ) Booking D t 9.11.12 Consignment No :[protected] . & today Dt 23.11.12 which is overdue date (max time require to deliver the shipment is 5 to 6 days) still we didn’t get our material.
This material require at our plant on urgent basis due to which our plant come in the condition of close. So please do the needful for the same.
I think you should make provision to get penalty on TCI Freight or deduct some charges from there shipment charges.
As one month before we delay to receive material by 1 weeks so they charge dambrage Charges on us. So why not we charge penalty on TCI Freight.
So please do the needful for the same so that same not repeat in future again.
