Mera parsal Delhi se Gorakhpur aaya hai 3 dino pahle se par wo delivery nahi kar rahe hain bol rahe hain ki abhi aur parsal aayega to saara ek sath jayega aur aapko 3 se 4 din wait karna padega

Im receiver of gc no :[protected]
which was booked on 28th of june 2021 and was expected to be received by 5th of july 2021.there was a missing item with this gc number this is not the first time even my last gc no:[protected] i had the same problem missing of package.i dont think tci express is capable of shift the packages properly and correctly deliver the packages to the correct delivery address, may i know who is responsible and...

We had booked Express delivery of our goods on 2nd July via TCI XPS at Navsari, DWB No:[protected], we had to deliver goods to Vatva, Ahmedabad and we were informed that our goods would be delivered within 3-4 days, now it has been almost 15 days and still goods hasn't been delivered to its destined location.

When asked to the representative about the status of our Goods we are getting irresponsible answers from them, like they dont have time to deliver, they dont have time to Talk, the papers went missing and now they cannot do anything about it.

They have been keeping on giving numbers to talk with different personnels, and we are following as per their instructions, still the task assigned is not completed

This is very Irresponsible of a company bearing such a big name

And we are paying Interests to our party for this delay

Kindly look forward towards the matter as a Top most priority

We had booked one consignment vide docket number[protected] on 07.07.21. I am writing this email after fed-up with the response and services of TCI XPS ( An international renown brand) . We found following things which is not at all looking like a professional :

1. No One is responsible – Hisar Team saying talk to Rewari, Rewari team saying talk to Pune team and Pune team saying talk to Rewari team.
2. We had booked 6 Nos of Pkg but in system it showing 2 Nos yet to be delivered – No one knows where the pkg is .
3. No Responsible person from TCI XPS side.
4. Material is required at site on urgent basis but still we are in dark.
5. Consignment booked on topay basis and entire payment taken before delivering the material.
6. Material was booked on door delivery but some after receipt of material at Godown they refused to send the material on door delivery basis.
7. Customer care : Poor Response from customer care and no one picked up the call.

Still we are seeking help for our material required at site on urgent basis.

Docket arrived 10 July from Ambala to Dehradun .expected date of delivery was 12 July ...but not delivered to destination and they return decket Dehradun to ambala without any assistant

We have booked 10 generators from Coimbatore to Kashmir on 03/June/2021 with DWB NO :[protected]. After 10 days it delivered to Kashmir, once customer received our product from TCI EXPRESS the products of 10 Generators value of Rs.270000 (Two lakhs seventy thousand ) was broken. I will attach details please do needful.

My parcel was booked from Ahmedabad on 25 june. It reached designation place on 5 july only. But still they didn't deliver. If i called they said with irresponsible answer. And they replied it will deliver after two days.
This is very worst parcel service i have ever seen. Customer care number also not provide proper details.

Consignment sent from Panipat to Mumbai on 30 June with delivery on 5th July I.e. today. The courier is still in transit and when you call customer care they inform that the response time is 24 hrs.

My shipment booked from Bangalore to Anpara (UP). As per booking details it was to be delivered of 2th of July but still not delivered. It was very important materials of Power Plant. And we losing heavy financial losses. request all concern to delivered tomorrow e.i. 5th of July any how. Please take matter is very very much important.

We obtained our goods in poor condition, we are dissatisfied with TCI's service and we also obtained our product in damage condition. Most of the package where tier out. Bad to see such a company do not care for customer goods.

Al tough we deliver stores regularly through your Organisation, but in recent past we had to lodge several complaints due to irregular delivery
related services.

Please note that, as on 180621, we booked consignment DWB No.[protected] dt. 180621 for KHARAGPUR RAILWAY WORKSHOP,
from your end, but surprisingly MATERIAL NOT YET DELIVERED. till DATE.

As per Tracking report, Material reached KHARAGPUR as on 200621 BUT REASONS BEST KNOWN TO
YOU FOR NOT MAKING THE DELIVERY.

For your Local delivery Agents irresponsibility in completing the Delivery formalities, we are to borne LD Charges
for delayed delivery.

When contacted your office, casual response received from your desk official as on 260621 at 15.25 Hrs.

Please conclude the delivery formalities by 290621 without fail, else delivery date will expire.

My docket[protected], is lying in the final delivery station since 13/6/21. The expected delivery date was 15/6/21. I have not received any updates regarding the reason behind the delay or when it may get delivered. I keep sending their customer care emails but they never reply.

We have been troubled by the Tcixps, Dhulia branch for the past several days because our remote delivery materials do not deliver on time.We do not even receive calls, our material is lying in your Godwan every single week.We are very upset with the staff of TCIxps Dhulia, please either get some solution or else we will stop all the consignment booking.

Delevery too late and delevery persons speaking too harsh and not given response also and I will wait for 3 days for boxes kadapa to reach me.

My consignment is book on 28 April 2021 & didn't even track till 12 may afterwards I visited tci XPS office & there saw my consignment in a worst situation around 60% goods are damaged and kept in very bad way
This is not expected by such a brand in [protected]@ tciworst
