I have booked an OYO with booking ID: MT4R3509 for two days and due to bad service at the hotel I had to checkout after staying on same day (18th August, 5:10PM). I have confirmed with the Service desk before checking out on the same day, regarding the refund they said it's not possible, and most importantly, HOTEL MANAGER DID NOT CLICK ON "CHECKED OUT" IN HIS SYSTEM. So, I can not see the details of checking out in my app. It shows, I am still staying there. Which is not true. I want the refund.
