Oyo Rooms — our stay in hotel crystal inn, lucknow

Hi, we stayed in hotel crystal inn Lucknow on 17th night. Hotel was booked by my brother in law and payment was already done, so we have no option but to stay there.
1.locality of hotel is very pathetic. Garbage was here n there at hotel nearby.
2.Bedsheets wasn't changed and were dirty.
3.Blankets we're smelling badly.
4.washroom wasn't clean and latch got broken when I tried to lock it.
5.most disgusting was complimentary breakfast, only toast was available and that too was of poor quality with poor tea.
What is the criteria of OYO Rooms for selection...

I booked OYO rooms on 30 November 2018 for my stay during 23 to 27 December 2018. As the hotel could not accommodate all the guests, I have cancelled the booking on 5 December 2018. Then after I made multiple calls to the customer care regarding the refund. I was told that the refund is in progress and refund will take place within 7 to 14 working days. But, refund did not happen. So, I contacted OYO by email and requested for the refund. I called the customer care again on 18.01.2019 and they have told me that refund is in progress. Customer care person said that he will send the refund ID immediately...

Oyo Rooms — amount deducted and not giving invoice

Dear Management

I did a booking through OYO against booking number BOWR7823 and in that they dedcuted my Rs 649 and they are not giving me invoive.

When i contacted with customer care they accepted and said that its technical error and we will refund amount or adjust in next booking but nothing happen and disconnected call.

Again when i contacted they said that we cannot do anything

They are cheating customers...

Dear sir,
I have not found any action taken from your end so far. I have told you my incident of 28th and 29th dec 2018, where i booked oyo 22099 wastewood hotel. I had the following suffering:
1. They have cheated oyo by texting “no show” and collected booking money of 3000/- (Actually 2949/- for 2 classic room) at the time of check in. The manager - harsh bhawnani (Mob.[protected]) and one rajasthani person was present.
2. On that day we were not provided clean bedsheets and towels on repeated request.in fact i and my wife had to sleep without bedsheet. This is very poor...

Hi, i have to check in to room no. 2209 riviera foothill goa.. It was checked out at 12:15 pm by 5 boys... The room is in worst situation... So messed up... I have made a video and will be posting soon... Worst oyo service... I am standing outside the room with soo much of luggage... No one is ready to help us... Even after paying, i was not allowed to check in because oyo did not generate my booking in hotel.

It's been more than 2 hours and i am still waiting at the hotel reception to get the confirmation of my booking, but no action is been taken from oyo or make my trip side....

My booking id : gxsf3174 i had booked room for 1 nights stay at hotel pmr bangalore with my family. It was a horrible stay at there as the hotel room was so dirty. There were lots of hair on the bed as they might have not cleaned the room earlier.

We checked in on 29dec 2018.in the night time around 11 30 pm or so some thing bite checked properly found 5-6 bed bugs roaming underneath and over the bed sheet. Immediately reported to the concern person of oyo as the hotel care & maintenance taken care by oyo. Shown them the bugs on bed. Shifted to different room absolutely no clean & hygienist as if the room was maintained as a spare without any proper lightnings water leakage.
