I had checked out from oyo life pg, shree9 pg, phase 1, hinjewadi pune, on 31st may. I had put on a proper checkout notice on 1st may using oyolife app. The deposit amount of 5000/- was supposed to be refunded within 15 days of check out. I was informed that i will receive a google form to fill in the details regarding the refund. But neither have i received any such form nor i am contacted by any oyo representative regarding the refund process.

Its going to be a month since my checkout and i request u to look into...

I was denied checkin from the hotel side because of unavailability of room, it was a prepaid booking still I dint get a room now its been a month since i have applied for a refund, have called Oyo support like 30 times and still struggling for my refund.

Very poor customer support, lame commitments, false promises, Want my money with a penalty....

I had booked a room in oyo 19666 hotel solitaire on 8/06/2019 for 25/06/2019. I had even called up at the hotel 2 days prior to my visit to ensure if room is confirm available. I was misguided and was told that room will surely be provided to me when i reach on 25/06/2019. I reached the hotel on 25/06/2019 but was asked to wait till 11am as it was their checkin time. When i returned to the hotel at 11am i was told that the hotel is overbooked and that they cannot give me a room. Inspite of pre booking and payment i was denied a room for staying. OYO Rooms — security deposit not refunded

I had booked a property from OYO Living a part of Oyo rooms for a period of two months, the property was vacated on 31st May 2019 with proper notice and everything.
As per the terms of the agreement and the policy the security deposit was supposed to refunded by 15th June 2019.

Despite of calling up OYO multiple times, dropping mails and reaching out to them through various platforms, the organisation has not responded clearly with regards to what's the matter nor have they refunded the money....

We have booked our vacations from oyo rooms for richie valley under user id [protected]. They booked us even when they have ended their contract with richie valley. I was with my parents and our booking was also not shifted. We suffered a lot due to their faults with property owners. And how can they make our booking when they have ended the contract. Now even after 14 working days when we ask for refund they are saying we have done that through paytm while we have done our advance payments through gift voucher. This place literally sucks!.. I booked this hotel relying on the affiliation with oyo!.. But the hotel was a complete let-down!..
The place is a #!!..
Literally!..
The guy who runs this place is no less than a pimp who tries to set up girls with every person who checks in to this place.
The humiliating thing is this that he does all this very openly and if u just come out of your room in the evening you might have to watch # running all around the hotel hallway.

I had booked oyo for my family trip with 10 members with me which included children and women. Since the day of booking i was constantly asking the oyo people to provide a phone number of owner to confirm my booking. They did provide it though but it was switched off all the time but oyo people told me repeatedly they were happy to host me.

I subhradeep ghosh oyo s regular customer faced a very bad expreience last week.. I mailed a couple of time but didnt get any proper response so am going to make a last mail..
I book an oyo on 18 th june in namans inn att kalighat kolkata..
I didnt noticed tht that hotel didnt allow local id holders.. So i reached there and faced a bad exprnce.. But as i payed my ammount before i didnt get a single penny back.. First of all i use namans inn with local id for many times but didnt know such rules before.. And if u guys changed some policy u must say that to ur customers.. I am very dissapointed...

I am staying in hotel maya international, church street, bangalore.

There are insects in my room and i just cannot sleep here. Called the oyo captain, he never picks up the call. Called the reception, they said they don't have rooms available and they cannot do anything. Called customer support 20+ times, they just say "cannot hear voice, so forced to end up the call" or they say that they are looking for other properties nearby to shift me and then keeps me busy for hours. Opened so many issues in the oyo app but never got a call back in a week....

Hi i planned a trip to chail for the date 28th june 2019. I booked four rooms on 23rd june 2019. Later one of our team members fell sick due to which we reconsidered our trip plan. I called oyo and gave them my booking id and asked about cancellation and refund policy. They told me that i was eligible for full refund. Just to make sure i again called again and asked about cancellation and refund policy, they replied that i was eligible for full refund. I cancelled my booking on 24th june 2019 and received an automated email that my refund amount was 0. I felt cheated and called their customer service...

I have booked a resort in shimla from 15th june 2019 to 16 june 2019... And just 1 day before my travel they shifted my stay from resort to 3rd class lodge without informing where the lodge is pathetic, unhygienic, nothing works and inappropriate for 2 single gals
I tried to call oyo multiple times but nobody responded properly
It was a pathetic exp for me and my whole holiday got ruined because of oyo...

This is a complaint against hotel delight inn of chatterpur delhi.
We have booked 7 rooms for 21 guests from 24/06/2019 to 25/06/2019 by name of huife twobros pvt. Ltd.
Their commitment was not fulfilled. Quality of food was not good. Guests were disappointed. We want refund of the amount paid for food.

I booked 2 rooms on oyo room from 30th april at nagpur however when i reach at the location, i found that hotel (Apartment) was not at all in existence.
Now when i have called oyo rooms they have not addressed my issue and not refunded me money for 2 months and after that also they have given only 20% amount back to me.
This company is a big cheat.

Kindly take an action....

OYO — refund money pending since december 2018

My booking id is vlmj9870. This is the second time i am complaining on this portal regarding the same issue. My booking was cancelled by oyo without any intimation even after paying the complete amount for 5 days i. E rs. 36, 770/-.
I had complained immediately and oyo approved a refund of rs.29, 416/- on december 26th, 2018.
As on date, i had received rs.17, 678/- as refund and the balance amount is still due from oyo. I have been complaining since january, 2019 and i have spoken to almost 40 oyo customer care people and also have close to 30 case id's on this single booking id.

Oyo made my trip worst. They have deducted money but unable to provide me a good quality room. I had travelled with my family from delhi to mussorrie (Hotel pioneer, booking id: agkt1376) but the room they had provided me is like the servant room. Just because we had booked room by oyo. When i had called the customer care he said that and assured me that they will provided me the full refund but know they are refusing to give me money back. Now they are giving the worthless excuses....

Kindly note below few of my bad experience with this hotel :-

I) we requested for early check in; they waited us sitting at reception, though rooms were vacant.
Ii) no 'oyo' toilet kit was provided, as they don't have any stock.
Iii) bathroom lock was broken; reported immediately, but no result. The room ac was pulling bad smell...
Iv) at about 1pm some people start knocking the door and say we have to shift room immediately with an excuse of room ac maintenance,...

When i shifted in oyo life i was told it was girls pg but after shifting came to knew it had boys living there so its misguiding by agent.
Now i want to vacant the place as this unexpected behavior is just not acceptable as being a girl should have been told about this and since it was hidden their motives are doubtful for future. Please refund my amount asap and my booking id is 19355....

I booked room for amritsar (Punjab) on 20th of june 2019. And paid full amount, (2 days from 21 june to 23 june). When i reached hotel on 21 at 10: 45 pm, they said we do not providing rooms for oyo customers. I said why i already paid full amount, they said we dont know about what you did you may talk with oyo.
I called oyo and they did't provide any solutions and first agent disconnect my call after listening my issue, after that i again called and they offered my another room what is more costly, but i agreed bcoz i do not had other options. But they said we will give you refund for current...
