I am not able to delete or edit a review that I have given to a particular hotel through oyo app. please provide me steps to do the same in the app.

    My Name is Pranav Swaroop and I made a online Booking from "agoda" of Classic Double or Twin Room type in ÖYO 3066 D2 Holiday Inn." at Puri on 22-June-2022 to 24-June-2022.
    I was denied to check-in by Property Manager in the hotel stating online payments are not acceptable contact OYO Customer care.
    I called them in the number given by PM (+91-[protected]).
    They said sorry and they regret for the inconvenience caused...

    I booked a room using oyo app my booking id S2BU5234 I paid 399 as advance for booking room when I reach booked hotel they denied to take my booking by saying they are no tied up with oyo that's why I cancal my booking and try to connect with oyo helpline number but they didn't listen my problem and not refunding my money back please help...

    Oyo consultant agreed to book the room at price of Rs.1295. I was asked to pay Rs.162 to confirm the booking at the same price.     I book rooms in oyo as by online and that online booking time I get a Gpay link to pay the payment amount.I done the payment and booked scuessfully.
    On the check in time the hotel receptionist ask me the booking id and verified.
    On the check out time they ask me to pay amount, they recieve message as cash at hotel.
    Double payment, how this happens.
    Both the booking id's are same...

    Its been more than 1 month and still haven't recieved my refund against booking ID QWUG6857 .
    No email or call are answering regarding this.

    I booked hotel and was denied checkin as i paid through oyo, upon waiting for more than 2 hours on road i was promised refund which i still havent recieved.

    Oyo Rooms — refund not received for the booking I'd A1LS7611. I made a booking from Oyo rooms and mistakenly entered the wrong day. So I cancelled it and Oyo team sent a message that the refund will be recieved in 7-14 days. But these people are untrustworthy and their customer care sends fake details that refund has been initiated and fool you that it's the bank's fault. I want my money back, Plain and simple. Don't pay on the Oyo app...

    OYO — Regarding refund for my booking Id H3LQ2897

    I visited the property on 14/08/22 when I was denied checkin due to power issue they were facing then after I left the place and waited for my refund but I got on 60 rupees as my refund amount which should be around 626 since this is not due to my fault I need i complete refund regarding my booking.

    through oyo app after going to hotel for check in, hotel receptionist demanded extra money 1600 and rejected the room and made us to cancel the room now after cancelling the hotel room Oyo is not refunding the amount that has to be refunded to my account...

    We booked a hotel room for 13th aug to 15aug 2022 via oyo in Pondicherry and we were told it was a service guarantee property. We also paid full amount in advance (Rs. 4022/-). When we arrived at the hotel we were told the room is allotted to someone else, and we were left with no rooms at late night. We were forced to search for other rooms but we didn’t got any . We had to return from Pondicherry and were mentally harassed as we had to spend the night in station. We require your assistance to get our problems notified and get our problems resolved with compensation for the mental harassment from both oyo rooms and the Hotel Gnana SRM Residency Pondicherry.       Worst customer support the company has. I made a booking for a hotel in ranchi on 8th August but then as the hotel was not good I cancelled my booking and till now my money is not refunded. Booking id is RGWL8061 . I have been continuously calling the customer service but I am not able to connect. The customer service is pathetic that the call never land to a real peraon to talk and gets disconnected automatically....

      Hi it ahs been more than 15 days since my refund was processed, when I booked the hotel there was clear availablity of room shown in app on reaching the hotel at approximately 10 pm the hotel owner said that rooms are all booked and they cannot accommodate us .       I booked two rooms with OYO from the 6th of August to the 8th of August for which I paid 1306 as advance. Booking was done by me Debasish Ranjan Saikia, booking ID Q44P4834. When I reached the property on the 6th they denied to give us rooms saying they are already fully booked. When we already had bookings how can a hotel get fully booked. What's the use of booking then ? After that we had to book offline hotel which was way out of our budget....

      I booked room using booking.com for 13-14 Aug 2022 at Wayanad Keral. At the time of check out hotel denied for the prepayment which I made and asked for full payment. I called the number which is shared in my booking that is Oyo customer care number and they also denied they didn’t receive payment from booking.com. I followed multiple time call I didn’t get any help. I paid full amount to hotel. Oyo and Booking.com cheating and looting...

      I had booked two hotels on the 9th of August 2022 and had cancelled it the same day due to some issue. The customer care service even told me that my refund has been registered but it’s already 16th of August today and still there’s no sign of my money. I’ve called the customer service several times but all they say is they’ll be transferring the call somewhere else and just cut it. I’m just tired of this. I want my money back.br...

      HI, Myself jagan Kumar sahoo and my booking I'd with Oyo is FNBD5755 .I booked a hotel on 24/07/2022 which is of 710 rupees through Oyo. But when I reached to hotel . hotel staff said for this room you have to pay extra 300 rupees, so i called Oyo customer care and the customer care executive said paid the extra 300 rupees and we will refund you the same extra amount you paid.so i paid .then now after 17 days i still not received my refund...
