Booking was done through booking.com, but the payment was requested and payed through OYO payment link.

I have raised the cancellation request before 25th December 2022 18:00 IST.
Customer care number keeps on redirecting but none are replying my queries even after trying for hours.

OYO team has reached out to me requesting bank account details. Post providing the details, the team considered the ticket as priority and informed me that i will be receiving the amount within 7-14 days.
On 4th Feb 2023, i have received complete refund amount to my bank account.
