I m purchase the tv on march 2022 and company are giving 3+1 year warranty . but tv are not working on 25 oct. 2022
and i complaint on customer care a company technician are come at my home but not solve my problem he said other technician are come and repair the tv last 2 month are continue technician are visit but not Solve the problem service center and costumer care both are not giving proper answer service center person are not pic call. After 45-50 days i am frusted and i complaint many times but the said please mail your problem on email but no reply on mail the #TCL INDIA service is very poor or 3rd class my monthly cable bill huws pay?? now i decided the going on consumer forum.
