I purchased a QLED TV from Amazone on 20th Jan and after 6 months there is a panel issue. I already opened a case with TCL on 7th and on 8th engg. visited and took all details that required to procced this case further. Dear Sir/madam,
I have made the purchase for P735 in July 2022. The unit was change twice due to dark patches on the screen and was never resolved.
The TV simply turn off while I was watching programmes. It took more than 1 week to organise for collection and now more than 1 month to repair! And yet no news from your customer service, simply telling me to wait for technician.

Return money issue
I have purchased one sound bar from TCL website and paid the full money. But when delivery agent came to deliver the product, told me to sign and give mobile number, Aadhar details but I declined to give the mobile number and details. I told if you want then only I will show my adhar and put sign. Delivery guy didn’t deliver the product and updated that customer refused the product. After that TCL team told me that they will deduct 10% cancellations charge, 2% processing charges and courier charge both ways. TCL cheating the Indians so never buy TCL products.

TCL pathetic services
This is to inform on my TCL TV Issue when TV turned on, many vertical lines appears.
I contacted the TCL customer care and Service Engineer visited my premises and confirmed Panel Failure. TCL confirmed NEW TV Replacement (model 55P635) as unit is under warranty. The issue was lodged with TCL on 13/Dec/2022 it’s been 37 days exactly with multiple follow-up on calls to customer care & service centre but there is NO resolution to my issue. TCL Customer Care is closing all tickets that I’m raising irrespective of issue not resolved.
Following are Incident ID’s associated with issue - IN[protected], IN[protected].
Initially the problem was about the TV not being delivered. I had to follow-up every alternate days with the customer care to know TV delivery date. I would have called customer care (atleast 150+ calls for hours & hours), they gave false details TV will arrive today but it never happened. On 13/Jan/2023, 2 delivery boys have come for TV delivery. I was dissatisfied & unhappy seeing the TV carried by the delivery boy in his hands & brought on scooty. TV was wrapped in thin plastic cover & delivery boy (sanoj) was THREATENING to accept TV as-is. He was making me feel uncomfortable with his looks. I called customer care, informed my concern even they agreed to share issue via mail & hence I denied TV.
Below is help needed -
1.I will not be in a position to accept the TV with serial no. (2208AJB183887B00092) handled recklessly & was brought to my home in a total unboxed, unsealed state.
2.When company had clearly confirmed multiple times on a RECORDED LINE that a NEW TV unit will be delivered as a part of the replacement then I’m expecting that a NEW TV unit should be delivered in a proper box and in a sealed condition for me to accept it.

I had purchased tcl led tv 43 43 p8 on dated 17/11/19 and currently facing problem in monitor, one horizontal line moving top to bottom in different intervals, intially checked with tata sky and changed the setup box but problem in still continue, again checked and found there is power in HDMI port which creates this issue, please arrange to check this issue.

I raised a service request for TCL TV one month back, After continuous followup 5 days back the technician took the TV for service till now no response from them, custome care people are telling that still service center havent received the product, They could have provided the alternate product until they resove the issue....

TCL TV - 65 P8 - Repair

I bought TCL 65 inch TV in 2019. On 7 Jun 2022, the TV stopped working and I lodged a service complaint with TCL through their service toll free line. Service technician from Xpert Hometech Solutions, Bangalore visited my home and upon inspection informed that one PCB board needs replacement as the part got damaged. Since the TV was out of warranty, I have placed order for replacement part. Since then I have been following up multiple times with the service agency (Xpert Hometech Solutions) as well as contacting the service team through toll free number - however, till date I haven't been informed on any specific timeline for delivery of the replacement part. I have been told that the delivery is delayed as the product is at its end of life. All my attempts to get the right information on delivery have failed and of late my calls to Xpert Hometech Solutions are not being answered.

TCL roku tv
I purchased a 50 inch TCL Roku tv in Feb 2021 last week I turned the tv on and there were vertical colored lines going up the tv I did all the suggested trouble shooting except for the factory reset I wanted to get my password information all together to be able to put the channels back in. When got it all together and went to do factory reset the screen would only come up white with the colored lines. I called the manufacturer and was pretty much told too bad I will never purchase another TCL product again

No repair /replacement for Tcl android 43 inch LED TV

I had purchased a TCL 43 inch Android Led TV in October 2021 with the reputation of your brand name in mind.
The TV worked well till January 2022 but suddenly the display of the TV stopped working. For this I had raised issue through the retailer bearing case id-IN[protected].Your service engineer visited our home with defective TV parts and assured us that your TV will be repaired very soon.
I have been waiting since then but no one has come yet and even the service centre people regularly assures us that next week your TV will be in order.
After waiting for 2 months its painful for me to write the mail because I haven't expected such a poor service by your company. I could have gone for other TV brands.Even under the warranty period if you give such a delayed response so what we can expect after the warranty period.
So, I request you to resolve the said issue as soon as possible. I have Sent lot of mail to [protected]@tcl.com but they give irresponsible response.If you can't arrange parts then atleast replace TV.I am very discouraged by your service. never buy anything from TCL brand .its the worst brand.

Hello there,
I would like to inform you that today a person has came and installed a TV by saying that this is the sent by tcl.
The quality of tv is not good at all neither the panel is bright nor clear(Even at 4k) and there are so many blurry lines on the tv.
I am not satisfied with the solution provided by TCL.
I don’t know whether TCL had sent such defective model or somebody else has changed the product before being delivered.
Please look in this matter and provide me solution which I am eligible for.

1. Screen went off in October 2021, i registered a complaint on
18 oct - ticket number - "IN[protected]" - after a month they bought new replacement screen, which is also not working and they closed the case and opened new one.
2. 24 nov - ticket number "IN[protected]" - they opened new case and they said they have ordered replacement for new TV. till date nothing has come - after repeated calls and whats app messages - they said they will give refund - deducting GST (GST amount 28000/-) and depreciation cost. (Why should i bear GST Amount) today when i tried to follow it up. customer care person told they have ordered new TV and asked me who has told me that i will get refund.

My name is Kamilla and I am writing this in relation to my unpleasant experience with Tcl and being unable to resolve this issue. Which I have been trying to resolve for over 6 months.
I purchased a TCL Television last year in August with a one year warranty remaining .
After about 4 months of the purchase I raised an issue with TCL about the stand by time of the TV. I spoke to 5 different individuals and the issue wasn't resolved. So I gave up. As it wasn't a major issue. Then a few months later. My Television suddenly went onto restriction mode. I tried every thing possible to get it out of restricted mode. The master pins wouldn't work. A factory reset option wasn't successful either. I have spent over 8.5 hours on the phone between consultations and team leaders and supervisors and the issue remains unresolved. And now I have been advised by the consultant that now the warranty is finished and there is nothing that can be done about it. .
So before going to consumer affairs and launching an official complain. I thought I would give it one last try to resolve this with Tcl internally. I can be contracted on[protected] or at [protected]@gmail.com if you have any further question.
I hope to hear back from your complaints department so this issue can be resolved as quite frankly I am very frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received from TCL

Tv screen turned off again and again

I have bought a TV set of TCL india IFFALCON LED 55k71 from a local dealer on 31 oct 2021 and just after a week it starts giving us trouble. Screen turned off while sound is still on in background. I have filed a complaint to the dealer and even to company complaint box. Now they are saying we will repair it which is not fair. I have payed for a new TV set not for an old crap. I want to replace it not to fix it. Very bad customer service.
