Dear TCL Customer Support Team,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the installation of my TCL TV, which I purchased on 2 March 2026 from an authorised dealer.
Despite multiple follow-ups and raising 4–5 installation requests, no technician has visited my location for installation till date. Each time the request is cancelled with the same reason that my location does not fall under your administration.
This response is extremely disappointing. If TCL does not provide installation services in my area, this should have been clearly communicated at the time of sale. It is unfair for customers to purchase a product with the expectation of standard after-sales support and then repeatedly face cancellations.
I request TCL to immediately arrange for installation and demo of the TV without any further delay. If installation service is genuinely unavailable in my location, please provide the same in writing and clarify the status of warranty if installation is done privately.
Kindly treat this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest, as the product has been lying unused since the date of purchase.
