Recently, my TV had dust in the pan and so I raised a ticket in the TCL home app for a service request, which was under warranty. I File the complaint then a technician came to some pictures and went out with them, but automatically the service request got cancelled in the app. I tried contacting the customer care, but they were. Telling me that everything is fine. The request is still there, but it's been over a month. No one came after that.
