Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail for a very simple job to be done by the TCL company. I have purchased TCL 48 inch TV which was delivered on 3rd of Jan-2017. From 4th morning I am struggling to install the TV from the trained professionals of TCL but there is very worst response from them . I am quite surprised and wonder that how much critical job of installing a TV.
TCL has provided a case ID number 11825 against which the installation request has been registered by the call center.
It's really a pathetic experience to purchase and wait to unpack the product.
I hope you will help me to escalate the matter to the concern and let them know that this sort of survices is very unprofessional and not accepted in this competitive world. Was this information helpful? |
