TCL — problem in screening

I purchased tcl 139.7 cm (55 inhes) p2l55p2us 4k uhd led smart tvinch last year. 3 months after purchase the screening stopped working. Electrician once came at the location and told that the software is outdated and there is no way this can be corrected, is this the way things should work? Since then i m trying to complaint. Tv cant be stopped working in the span of 3 months. I purchased this from amazon. Order number:
