I purchased LED TV from TCL through DARAZ and after a few months, my TV screen turn black and I am suffering since 23rd of July, 2022.
TCL company deserves to be rated as the worst customer care service. TCL call center accepts that they don't have any information related to my query and they are unable to give any status of my complaint related to replacement. Further, TCL representative at Karachi office seems helpless and they ask me to contact Lahore office and representatives at Whatsapp no. (+[protected]. Person at this number is useless and the most irresponsible person I have ever found. He doesn't even have the ethics to reply to suffering customers. It was my mistake to trust a multinational company and a product with a warranty.
