My Smart TV (Model 55P8) suddenly stopped working since April but due to COVID lockdown I could not raise the complaint. Finally I raised the complaint in mid June and engineer visited and told me that the Backlit panel needs to be replaced.
Its been more than 45 days and there has been no update. Few weeks back I tried contacting engineer but has no update, then I contacted TCL Area Manager Harish he also didn't give any update. Then I contacted Customer Care they also didn't provide anything just said it will be resolved.
Until couple of days back the Service Request on TCL India web was showing its status as 'Applying for the replacement product' but when I checked it today, its showing that the ticket has been closed. There has been no contact from any TCL personal and no resolution is provided but the ticket has been closed.
Looking for any help or suggestions to get my issue resolved.
So far after reading many TCL complains on this forum, I think TCL is the worst electronic consumer products company in India. Was this information helpful? |
