I had purchased the TCL Tablet on 19th August 2022 from Flipkart and it started malfunctioning for auto rotation. It is under 1 year warranty and the service center is asking for money and told me I had edited the invoice. The service guy was rude and cut the call multiple times. I had approached the TCL service center multiple times via email and phone and they did not respond properly. The service center mentioned in pune(where is my work location) is fake. I approached a service center in my hometown Bhubaneswar where they harassed me and made me run multiple times and told me I had edited the invoice.
