Hi,
I bought TCL tv from Amazon on 30th September 2018 with bill #[protected].
Tv is not working from 15 days. When I tried calling customer service, they responded after 3 days and was very rude.
They said they will send a technician in 24-48hours, technician came home on 6th day after complaining.
Technician said, cockroaches have bitten tvcable. When I cross questioned, he said it's a tv issue and will replace tv in 1 week.
It's more than a week, when I call customer care today, they are telling can't replace tv. They ordered panel and it will take 15 more days.
They are telling you can complain wherever you want or go to consumer Court.
Really fed up with these customer service and product qualitity.
Resolve it at the earliest.
