Purchased 1 Ton TCL Ac on 30th April 2021.on 2nd May 2021, the AC stopped working. I raised service request twice. Till now(14th june 2021) none of their engineers visited my place and TCL not bothered about the issue. I feel that, i made bad decision in purchasing TCL product. I purchased this product from SPK Smart shop, Mudichur Road, westTambaram, Chennai 45. Even the shop owner not bothered about the concern. He is telling, he cant do any thing. I feel that i got cheeted by him as he only suggested me TCL AC is good.. But the fact is TCL products are worst compared to others. 😢 Was this information helpful? |
