4 months after the purchase some vertical and horizontal line appeared. I call tcl and the representative gave me a case number and asked me to send pictures from three different angles to the email [protected]@tcl.com
I called a week later and was informed that my television is not be serviced, since the determination by the warranty department is the screen is cracked. I told them that the screen is not cracked and have included picture of the screen area with the television turned off. There are no impacts, blemishes or cracks on the screen.
I never got a notification via e-mail or a phone call. I’m never buying another tcl again and i will tell others
