I think some sort of scam is happening in the crm team of tcl in terms of warrantly claims. so simply you will while away the time so that my warranty expires. what a scam.
also, no contact details to escalate the matter.
only on email id-that reply with typical inhumane message that gives us a service call id and the matter will be attended with 24 hours. literally tcl is cheating indian customers.
do not buy tcl products. spend some extra money and go for branded products. this is my worst experience
