This is to bring to your notice that on 14th february 2018, i bought a television set (C2us uhd tcl) from you at the cost of (Rs 64000). However, i am sorry to inform you that the set is faulty. The problems are as follows:
Firstly, within few days key board was not working. Secondly, the remote control is also not functioning now i complained.
Now, complete tv is dead and nothing is working. I had given complaint on 29th march, same day technician visited and took picture and video. Till date he has not updated service center, i am calling customer service every day and resprentative, reverts that technician has not received any information
Every time i called customer care they assure, their senior will call back in 30 minutes, now response coming from team. I m frustrated and make sure others don’t suffer.
I m copying this email on consumer court, twitter, facebook and all possible social media. I feel cheated and will make sure people buying your products are aware of your product quality and after sales services provided.
As a result, now i wish to reject the goods and claim a refund. Kindly respond to my complaint asap..
