TCL — Tcl p735

Dear Sir/madam,

I have made the purchase for P735 in July 2022. The unit was change twice due to dark patches on the screen and was never resolved.

The TV simply turn off while I was watching programmes. It took more than 1 week to organise for collection and now more than 1 month to repair! And yet no news from your customer service, simply telling me to wait for technician.

No reply from TCL yet!
