I bought a tv a year ago.. Which stopped working. It has a 3 year warranty. I have filed the complaint on 31st july 2019. One of the tcl technician has checked the tv and he concluded as it is the issue with tv panel and he said, we will get back to you within one week to resolve the panel issue. On 19th august again i called tcl customer care and asked about it then they are replying like we escalated the issue to higher authorities but there is no response, now again we are escalating the issue. Technician who visited first time not answering my call. Recently i have seen so many complaints like this with the tcl products and losing the hope on the company. I payed 25k for the tv.. How can i simply loss it? I'm from middle class family so 25k is not a small amount for me. So kindly help me in resolving the issue or help me to provide the replacement/refund from the company.
