I purchased a tcl roku smart tv on 6/2/2017. It was a return item from targets because the one i first bought was damaged and this was the only one left. I do not have cable at my home and i purchased a tv smart stick indoor antenna. It took a while to connect to the tv because the coaxial thingies was in a bad spot. After some time i finally got the antenna on but the coaxial on the tv would not support the antenna. When you screwed it on it was very loose. So when you have to re position the antenna you notice the coaxial would not get tight enough to support the tv stick so i had to have it lean against the wall for stability. Mean while i would look at netflix and other channels more so then regular tv. A lot of interference on 9/10/17 due to storm. When i went to adjust the antenna - the came completely out.
I had to contact the company and send pictures of the tv along with the receipt and all necessary items. I do so. The informed me that it could not be fixed and i should take it to a repair. I have 2 other tv's and have never had a problem. This one is only 3 month old. They asked if i had an extended warrant - i said no, bc that would imply that your product is faulty. So i never purchase one. Never had a problem. Until this tv
