TCL — TCL service and part installation

This is my second email to you regarding the service under the job Id IN[protected]. It's been a month that we have requested your service for changing the panel due to display issues in LED TV. I have called a number of times to the service center and to the customer care regarding the same. The first time when I called they told me the panel had not been delivered yet. Second time I called the panel or the board has been delivered to the service center and we will send the technician soon to change the part. The same dialogue was repeated when called for the 5th time. The complaint was booked on 20th of September and until now no technician has visited our home. The last call I made was on 30th of October and the customer support told me that the job id has closed as we have serviced your TV whereas the part is not yet installed and the technician has not yet arrived at our premises. The TV comes under warranty and they told us no amount will be charged from us. Why so much delay. This will be my last mail regarding the same.

Either you install the part or give us a new device. Or else the action will be different, maybe I have to go to consumer court. Feel shame as your customer. I valued your TCL Brand as I was very much conscious about buying a product.

Please look into this matter.
