I bought TCL 65 inch TV in 2019. On 7 Jun 2022, the TV stopped working and I lodged a service complaint with TCL through their service toll free line. Service technician from Xpert Hometech Solutions, Bangalore visited my home and upon inspection informed that one PCB board needs replacement as the part got damaged. Since the TV was out of warranty, I have placed order for replacement part. Since then I have been following up multiple times with the service agency (Xpert Hometech Solutions) as well as contacting the service team through toll free number - however, till date I haven't been informed on any specific timeline for delivery of the replacement part. I have been told that the delivery is delayed as the product is at its end of life. All my attempts to get the right information on delivery have failed and of late my calls to Xpert Hometech Solutions are not being answered.
