Tcl Television — television

April 16, 2018: i reported that our tv that is still under warranty has darken the right side of the panel.
Early may 2018: i sent copy of receipts, pictures and all other documents they needed. The service center near at my place picked up the defective tv.
(I constantly follow up weekly or twice a week)
June 2018. I called and was informed that there has a unit for us as replacement of our defective tv but was cancelled for giving it to the other client.
(I again continue to follow up weekly or twice a week every now and then, only to receive same update, repeatedly for 2 months)
August 22, 2018 of this day and still i don't have the replaced unit with me. Very poor after sales from you tcl. I am really disappointed. If i could go back, i should not have bought this tv. You guys out their should not even put this brand as an option when it comes to buying tv. I'll give you no star for the quality of your service.
