My panel has been damaged and i've requested for repair. Tcl is service engineer and customer service are miss-communicating and not fixing the problem.
Service engineer : my tv (2years purchased on aug 2016) is old and panel is not available.
Customer service: we have placed the order for your panel.
Atleast i have made around 15 calls and written 5 emails. They have just wasted my time. Was this information helpful? |
