I have bought a TV set of TCL india IFFALCON LED 55k71 from a local dealer on 31 oct 2021 and just after a week it starts giving us trouble. Screen turned off while sound is still on in background. I have filed a complaint to the dealer and even to company complaint box. Now they are saying we will repair it which is not fair. I have payed for a new TV set not for an old crap.
