My husband Rajesh bought TCL P65 series 127cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV 55P65US in September 2019 through flipkart. Having 3 years warranty with it. and the Seller Registered Address in flipkart is "Source Right, No 90/2, Reddy Compound, JP Nagar 7th Phase, 4th Main Road, BOB Colony, Puttenhalli, Banglore-560078". From November 2021 onwards tv screen is blurring. so that he have informed customer care on 15 December 2021 . The reply from TCL team is that "product is out of warranty, hence charges will be applicable for services and their technician will inform the charges". Having 3 years warranty, and is not expired, then why they asked for charges. we went for complaint by providing all details but no response.
Till now TV is not repaired. I am attaching the details with this complaint.
