TCL — Warranty support is being neglected

I am writing to complaint deep dissatisfaction with the service experience regarding my TCL 55-inch television, purchased on 13 July 2025.

Within a month of purchase, I encountered a power-on issue and promptly raised a service request on 16 August 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved until 15 October 2025, when a technician finally visited my home and diagnosed a power board failure, recommending a replacement.

However, since then, no further action has been taken. I contacted customer care again, and while the request was reopened, the new service center has not responded or provided any resolution.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed. It appears that warranty support is being neglected, possibly because the repair is free of cost. If this were a paid service, I suspect the response would have been immediate. This raises serious concerns about TCL’s commitment to customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

In my 20 years of purchasing electronics, I have never faced such poor service—even from startups or small-scale brands. I expected far better from a reputed company like TCL. I am now left with no choice but to seek repair from an external service provider at my own expense.
