TCS — Fake job offers from TCS Employ

I would like to report a scam operated by a TCS employee by offering jobs in the TCS company. I have his employ Id and TCS employ mail id and the transaction record from the victim, He is working as a lead in your company so I would be easy if you can help us by giving more information so that we will take legal action on him.
