TCS — Not able to Login to Alumni Portal After Registration

Hi I have done registration and when I tried to login to portal am not able to login it keep says please activate your account link sent to mail actually I didn't received any mail I have raised a ticket multiple times in CONTACT us no one responding please help to login and palmy dues and complete my process its a very import step
so I can get all release documents and submit in new company
please help
