I purchased a flat No T-115/SF tuscun city, kundli sonipat in the month of October 2015 . Company advised me to take over the possession of the flat from his site office in kundli. I visited the site office they have done all the formalities but not handed over the possession of the flat till date as they are saying the finishing work has not been completed as the payment of the contractor has not been made by the company. It is not the duty of the customer who paid all the dues to company and waiting for the possession.
