We are group of 5 people ( friends and family members) we have invested on TDI Kundali project Sonipat 3 years back. We have been promised and given surety that we will be given first floor and lake view 4 BHK Apartment however at the time of possession now they are offering us apartment with different location.
This is completely against the ethics. We have everything in writing which was promised by the builder still they are not providing the same apartment.
We have filed a case against TDI and we have appointed Lawyer and we are highly disappointed with TDI.
