TDS Management Consultant — Pf claim

Myself dibakar das applied for my pf withdrawal in june 2015 to tds management consultant pvt ltd, chandigarh but till now i have not received any amount.
My company address is given below to whom i have applied for my pf withdrawal

Scf-81, sas nagar, mohali, chandigarh - 160059, phase - 6.

From tds company they will submitted 2 times to chandigarh pf office but it will rejected both the times, why don't know, after that till now they didn't get my rejected form.

Actually where is the communication gap don't know

So kind request to you please help me to get this amount.
