But I don't have uan number. I want to withdraw my amount. Please give me my UAN number

My uan no is[protected], in this uan pf not submitted properly many time mail or call but no reply from employer. I want my pf balance. I join the company 15 december2014 but of submitted from Feb 2015, where is my dec2014 and Jan 2015 EPF and also a company deduct the of properly but in Feb submitted only 203 rs only Please help because many time mail and call to employer but they not reply the mail or pick the call. Lot of time waste in this process but no reply from employer. Please help

Sir,
I have salary account with axis bank, sector-17, chandigarh branch. On the day 16.06.2018 bank has deducted consolidates charges 896.42. This bank every month this and other types of charges deducted without any intimation. I got salary every month in my salary account. They deduct cheque bounce charges again and again every month... Kindly look into this matter and refund my consolidated charges which were deducted again 896.42.

I ankur gairola s/o mr. Dinesh gairola was working as asst. Operation with overnite express pvt. Ltd. Kanpur hub from sep14, 2014 to july 31, 2016.

I have already applied for provident fund & my p. F. Number is ds|nhp|943311|3985. I have sent all the related documents on may 10, 2017 by trackon couriers. There is already so much delay by your side i want to know the status of my p. F. Account.

Your support team management is pathetic. I was trying to contact your support member ms. Ekta again & again but there was no response all the time. This is so irresponsible. I just want that you take action on this process & send me the p. F. Status as soon as possible

We are aged people and my son arranged for a house maid full time paying a salary of Rs.12000/per month.
The Mr.Mohan who is running this consultancy collected his commission as Rs.12000/- + 500 for registration.
The maid named Mrs. Dhanalakshmi from Tanjore worked for only totally for 15 days on that took 2 days leave and went to her native place with in 5 days. The work is also not good and clean. very talkative and ir respectable.
So we send her out from the maid job. Then we called Mr.Mohan several times but he is not responding our calls nor appointing a substitute maid or any replacement.The consultancy seems to be fake.First time he is bringing

I ramesh b bazar worked in taluka panchayat jewargi taluka: jewargi district: gulbarga through your agency as a outsourcing for 6 months june 2015 to november 2015. I am going to apply my pf.in there it is showing only one month contribution is paid, i have attached the screen shot. Please find it.

In my salary account 6 months pf contribution is deducted. So please update remaining 5 months pf contribution.

I Mr Tapan kumar mondal joining the TDS Management Consultant (P) LTD under the company of Reliance Jio, as a FPO in Hyderabad, TS.on 20 sep 2014 . The company was closed in 31 march 2015.I have submitted my PF Withdrawal Form on oct 2015, but still date no positive answer from TDS or Reliance Jio .
