I have made payment through pay u money for a merchant named as teamomini on instagram for 3D dolls on 28 th December, 2020 but now the instagram id has been deactivated and there phone number is also not working and unfortunately there is no way to contact them. I have mailed them as well but no replies
Please help me and get my money back. I shall be highly obliged to you. I am adding screenshots of messages of confirmation.
