This complaint is regarding the product fitness smart band with free i7 bluetooth headset, i purchased from tecanta with order id is tca195256 is defective, it is not working properly.
I want the return the product back, kindly help me out.
I am trying to contact tecanta support team, they are not responding. I want to refund the money back.
Please solve this issue on priority.
