Duplicate products mila hai, jo order kiya tha wo nhi hai, refund cahiye...

Order id: tca198460 portable projector worth 2940/- i received because of poor quality i returned it and i confirmed they have received the same. But refund is still not initiated by tecanta....

This complaint is regarding the product fitness smart band with free i7 bluetooth headset, i purchased from tecanta with order id is tca195256 is defective, it is not working properly.

I want the return the product back, kindly help me out.

I am trying to contact tecanta support team, they are not responding. I want to refund the money back.
