Hope you are well.

This is regarding one of the recent orders at flipkart. I ordered for size 11 shoe and received size 10. I provided images of wrong size product sent to me.I asked for replacement and there was no action taken and my complaint was closed as resolved without even contacting me. I re-opened the complaint and same action(no action ) was done and complaint marked as resolved. To my surprise I was asked to provide my ID!!

I mean what kind of rubbish is this. You did not validate me for purchase and now when I am asking for replacement, for the mistake you made, you are asking for ID proof?? I demand justification for this requirement and I now feel unsafe with doing business with you. As you will keep sending me wrong products (because you dont have actual product )and keep my money to earn interest out of it. I dont know how many million people are duped in this manner.

Why should I share my ID?
It was not asked at the time of taking payment and now for refund or replacement you are asking ID proof!! Sorry I dont feel safe about my identity here anymore. You could be using my information for all the wrong reasons!!

Give me 1 valid reason to share my personal info. Did I commit fraud, then prove it and I will share my ID proof?
Did I involve in any fraudulent transaction in last few months then prove it and I will share my ID proof?
Do you think this is a case of money laundering then prive it and I will share my ID proof?

If not I want my replacement or refund.

I just spoke to a customer service rep Anushkha who simply did not care to fix problem but simply talk rubbish. When I asked for supervisor she first said they are not allowed but later agreed after I expressed my anger! Wow liers... and they expect me to trust them with my ID proof..!

Finally the supervisor or escalation person(Rahul) was the most rubbish and illogical, insensible and stupid person I ever spoke to as an escalation support. He kept repeating the robotic responses in spite of clear mention that talk logical and try to understand issue. He also denied to transfer the call to manager or supervisor!!

I mean issue is as clear as water!

I asked shoe with size UK 11 and they sent size UK 10. now I asked for replacement or refund and they ask for my ID proof!!! I mean seriously, what nonsense is this??

I request you to please help me get the refund or valid replacement as soon as possible. Additionally I would appreciate reasonable compensation for the enery and waste of time due to this nonsense.
