Fake and fraud seller don't buy any items...

We have Ordered 2 Pair of Shoes and We have received Only 1 Pair of Shoes after our payment done from the delivery agent and after checking in the Packaging and We (family) can see Seller Sent me 1 Pair of Shoes and sent me Rs. 35014 Rs bill on the Invoice and We have done blindly trust and done EKart Barcode Payment via Phone Pe UPI.

We wanted as family for Open Investigation from Seller Pickup...

On 24th i ordered one samasung galaxy watch 4 silver colour, but unfortunately the supplier gave black colour instead of silver. I have tried many time to order replacement but they are keep on rejecting. I don't know their sight vision is poor. I want them to provide silver or else compensation for wrong product delivery....

I have purchased 1 Mufti shirt from Flipkart and seller is Tech connect retail Pvt Ltd. Poor quality and poor fitting. This is looks like a 100 Rs shirt. We i returned it Flipkart return boy arrived to pickup but denied to picked up due to 3 digit code mismatched. Code mismatch is not my problem. Not Flipkart refused to pickup and also denied to refund. They all are fraud only selling cheap cloths and you not even returned it....

In this product seller did a fraud he sent me different cheap quality local shoes .
After that I also checked the reviews on google regarding this seller and he did the same fraud to many of your customers. Plz try to take strict action against these types of sellers from your side, try to help me out from this situation. I have spend total 4500₹...

However, my gstin is not mentioned in the invoice. Hence, i am unable to claim credit of gst amount paid by me.

In 2017, i bought one casio ed372 edifice watch, and even after one and half year running, it stopped working. This is such a drastic situation for me that the trust of casio watches under threat of trust. If such a watch which is costly and fail within a short period of time, why should we go for this watch and flip cart as well?.

I ordered LEVI'S pant of 36 size online in Flipkart App with order ID OD[protected], but they delivered 34 size. I requested for return of the product on 28/01/2023 and refund my money, but the seller is not responding since then and Flipkart also not taking action against the seller. Both are not concerned about the customer. They are looting the public/customer money by showing one thing on Flipkart online platform and delivering another. So please take the action against the both seller and Flipkart not being responsible for there actions. Today it is 11/02/2023 still they are not responding.

Hi I purchased ARISTOCRAT Photon Cabin Suitcase - 22 inch product through flipkart Order ID: OD[protected] the product was damaged I selected return and refund my money on 23rd of jan 2023 .
Till now no one is contact me to take back product and refund my money. If we called flipkart they are telling sealer need to take back we cant take back they are saying.. please raise compliant on this company .

Hope you’re doing well. I ordered a product from flipkart. And it was shipped through E-Kart, Got it delivered on 12th of January. It was a laptop. I opened the box and there was no product in the box. It was empty. I was shocked to see it! I contacted flipkart at that moment itself and told them the details. They told me that they’ve created a case regarding this and also they told me to wait till 24th of this month. Then after few hours i got a mail saying i need to upload the images of the box and the invoice. I have submitted all these details and now I don’t have any update! Do i need to move legally? Its not my mistake right! It should be taken care of Flipkart or E-Kart. If these brands are not gonna help me, then am placing a complaint in consumer forum. I need to know the decision ASAP. Its my hard earned money. So am tweeting and posting this incident on my social media handles, that these giant companies are not properly taking care of their customers. I tried contacting E-Kart delivery boy through the mobiles number shown on flipkart order section at that moment itself (when I opened the courier) but the call didn’t get connected, even after entering the pin shown on the order section of flipkart. Either its flipkarts or E-Karts issue. I tried contacting E-Kart customer care from the number showed on google but the call was directed to flipkart, and then when I searched i got this mail. So writing this in pain. Am sending copy of this mail to both the companies senior departments. Hope you will help me with a solution. Looking forward to hear from you.

This is in regards to the Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 Core i5 10th Gen that I had purchased from flipkart on August 7, 2020.Invoice attached for your reference. Due to work commitments, I was unable to use my laptop for the past 3 months and was unable to boot it during this short timeframe. When I started, nothing was working. I approached the nearest lenovo authorized service centre they had informed me that the laptop require a new motherboard.

This laptop is just two years old and a mother board needs to be replaced is something that I find technically defective to the brand model.I have been using Lenovo products for quite sometime and was a satisfied costumer.

Attached herewith is the invoice receipt.Kindly do the needful to investigate this issue for the model and where I can get this serviced from Lenovo.

As i am a student and unable to spend alot of money in this regard and appreciate your service attention for the same on urgent basis as my exams are approaching and I am relying on online courses and study material.

I had purchased a laptop of avita company on 12.04.22 but the same is showing keyboard problem. Warranty till 12.04.2023 but no response from service centre since 2 months

Had purchased one puma shoes smash vulc black sneakers from flipkart on 23rd of September 22.
That particular pair had fitting issues on the right foot, it got exchanged with same size 10 which i ordered but again the shoes has same issues.
Now flipkart is saying the seller cannot give you replacement you have to take refund.
I do not want refund instead i want the same shoe in same size 10 or even 11 size is also ok.
In the time of sale these kind of seller i think give defective products and see if it goes through and if not they refund.

I brought product on 16Aug2022 from flipkart with invoice number - FAVEJ[protected] specially for my planned abroad family tour and during trial I found that Product is malfunctioning in all modes - camera is moving automatically here and there randomly.!! I tried to get support from company on chat but not found any technical support, just asked me to watch videos on youtube of others.!
Now it is useless for me. I raised request for return.
As policy mentioned in flipkart orfder, it is replaceable only, not refundable. But I request for refund if possible as it looks this product is not good at all.
Or instead can send replacement as another model DSG 007F which price is also same as 5999 INR.
