Have purchased Ferrari watch amounting Rs. 5726 from the seller Tech connect retail and got a damaged product delivered and asked for a replacement and seller has shipped a empty box
on receiving the order I found the replacement package was very light so advised the delivery person to stay while I opened the parcel and found the product was missing from the package with only broken Watch box inside the parcel and a delivery invoice detailing the product.
The delivery person himself clicked pics of the missing product in the package in his mobile phone and advised me to raise a return request immediately which I did.
I have also recorded the video of the unboxing and have sent multiple follow ups with flipkart submitting all the evidences but flipkart is just backing the seller and rejecting all the requests and not taking the empty parcel.. below is the message I get from Flipkart

When the delivery person himself clicked pics of missing product how is the above response acceptable.
I have placed several orders on flipkart for the BB sale & despite all the evidences no proper response from flipkart
Not sure the seller or flipkart is doing fraudulent
The response from your cs teams looks as though I’m doing fraudulent claim which I feel is pathetic and makes me uncomfortable
Need proper investigation on the packaging
Also have to cross check with delivery person who witnessed the missing product while unboxing, he also took a picture of the missing package during delivery for his reference
I’m 100% sure this is a miss from the sellers end.. they cannot ship an empty parcel..
Need strict action on the seller and get the amount refunded
